Basic Workshops
In this weekend workshop, you will discover your body/mind ‘inner wisdom’ and its extraordinary ability to change limiting life long beliefs. All 2 day Basic PSYCH-K® Workshops run from 9.30am – 6.00pm on both days. Refreshments are included during breaks, and while lunch is not provided, there are various options of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near the workshop venues. Casual dress is advised and please bring layers if you have a tendency to get a bit chilly!
We have lots of great discussions and fun during the two days

DAY 1
- Introductions
- Beliefs – how are they formed and how do they affect us.
- Theory – Conscious, Subconscious + Superconscious (Higher Self) and the importance of each when making change.
- The Brain - left and right brain hemispheres and why it’s important for both hemispheres to be integrated when making change.
- PSYCH-K – what is it and other questions answered.
- Muscle testing – a process used to communicate directly with the subconscious mind – demonstration, practice, feedback and questions
- New Direction Blance + Resolution Balance – two PSYCH-K Balances used to create change at the subconscious level of the mind by integrating the left and right brain hemispheres – demonstrations, practice, feedback and questions

- Learning self muscle testing techinques, which will allow you to use PSYCH-K for yourself

DAY 2
- Check in and question and answers
- Creating a Well Formed Belief Statement – how to create the very best belief statements you can, about the personal changes you want to make in your life.
- VAK To The Future – a process using the visual, auditory and kinesthetic senses to clarify your goals for the subconscious mind. This process can speed up the manifestation of your goals and takes the VAK to a deeper level, demonstration, practice, feedback and questions
- Use PSYCH-K In Your Daily Life – An A to B of everything you have learned during the workshop and how to confidently put it into practice when you leave.
