This questionnaire can be used for every aspect of your life you would like to change eg. self esteem, abundance, career, friends, health, relationships, spirituality, personal power, where you live, what car you drive etc etc. It can be used time and time again.

The results from this questionnaire can be further discussed and used to change beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind during an individual 1-1 session.
